Stretch & Roll
Unwind, release, and restore in this feel-good session designed to melt away tension and leave you floating out the door. We’ll begin by stretching and elongating the body using the reformer creating space through gentle movement and mindful breath. Then, we move into self-myofascial release using foam rollers from Blackroll, targeting tight spots and improving tissue hydration, mobility, and circulation. Foam rolling helps stimulate and release your fascia (connective tissue that supports and surrounds your muscles) reducing restrictions, enhancing movement, and leaving your body feeling lighter and more free.
Private Sessions
Our Reformer Private Sessions are perfect if you’re looking for a bit more of a push and some personalised attention and goal setting on the reformer. Or if you are curious about Pilates but not quite sure where to start. If you’d like to join group classes but want to first understand how to move correctly, breathe properly, and learn the fundamentals, this one-on-one session is for you.
We’ll guide you through the basics of the reformer, help you build confidence, and make sure stepping into a class setting doesn’t feel overwhelming.
If you’ve done Pilates before but feel unsure whether you’re moving correctly, these sessions are also ideal. Our instructors will help you refine your technique so you can feel strong, safe, and supported.
