Meet Sammy

Hey, I'm Sammy, founder of Oak Pilates. I'm passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals.

Prior to completing my Pilates qualification in the USA, I experienced the benefit of Pilates first- hand as it helped me with my chronic back pain at a young age and rehabbing my shoulders after many years of competitive swimming.

I love seeing my clients achieve their goals and will never fail in continuing to make sure that there is always another goal in line to achieve through your Pilates practice.

I'm amazed how the human body moves differently with each client that walks through the doors at Oak and I love the challenge of helping each individual with what they are looking to achieve.


Meet Mandy

Hi, I’m Amanda, but my Mum calls me Mandy. My goal is to inspire positive change and empower you to take control of your health.

I take the confusion out of how to be healthy through easy-to-digest, research backed information wrapped up in practical, easy-to-implement tips. I want to show you how to eat well, move more, sleep better and stress less in a gradual and sustainable way.

My aim is for you to be happier and healthier in the long term. I truly believe we can all thrive and improve our health without deprivation. Long-term healthy living is attainable and easier than you think. You can do it too – let me show you how.
